CHECK IN IS FRIDAY NIGHT 7-10 PM AND SATURDAY MORNING STARTING AT 7:30 AM. THE TEAMS THAT DIDN'T COME IN FRIDAY NIGHT WILL HAVE ASSIGNED TIMES . THOSE TIMES WILL BE POSTED ON THE BRACKET. YOU MUST COME IN TO CHECK IN WITH 90 % OF YOUR TEAM
Each team must pay a 100.00 deposit to reserve your spot. DEPOSIT IS DUE MONDAY BEFORE THE TOURNAMENT

Gate Fee ( No weekend pass ) Daily admission 7.00 for adults and 3.00 for students.
Friday admission is $4.00 and $2.00 4yr old -seniors in hs
Must provide either birth certificate with picture of each player or state or government issued id. If you are playing in a grade based division need some ford of grade verification also .
All players must check in and weigh in
Team Trophies for 1st &2nd . Plaques for 3rd place. Individual Medals for 1st ,2nd ,3rd
only 6 coaches per team allowed on the sideline and must be listed on your roster.
Coaches wifes are not admitted free .

Any Teams found cheating will be removed from the tournament and no refunds.
Anyone that cusses or gets into a fight will be banned from the remainder of the tournament this includes coaches and players
These are 1-2 day events depending on the number of teams
Check in & Weigh in for all tackle teams will be Friday Night and Saturday All Players Must be present all players must check in .

Friday Night 6:30 -10:30 pm Saturday 7:30 AM -?? You may weigh in when you wish but we prefer all local teams and teams coming in Friday night to check in on Friday night

Flag Coaches need to showup coaches only and with required paperwork .
Flag teams provide provide flags with a minimum of 2 flags and detachable flags we prefer the flag a tag flags.

Our Program
We provide a quality football tournament with Certified Officials, Great Facilities, & Friendly Staff. Our Staff have over 20 years experience running Youth Sporting events & Leagues.
PROPER CONDUCT POLICY
We have a very high standard of conduct at the Boys Of Fall. The fact that you have been accepted to attend the Boys Of Fall says that we feel you area quality person, who will maintain a team that will be a role model for quality teams everywhere. Your conduct on the field, in the hotels and around the City of Plainviewwill ensure that your team will be welcomed back to the boys Of Fall for many years to come.
We must clearly define what we are looking for as Proper Conduct.
We will not tolerate intimidation of any form, either on the field or off. Trash talking or similar actions connected with your team will lead to penalties. Game officials are instructed to remove players from the game for 2 plays on a FIRST TIME OFFENSE for any form of physical or verbal intimidation and a 15 yard penalty will be marked off. Upon a SECOND TIME OFFENSE the player will be ejected from the game....NO DEBATE.....NO APPEALS.....FINAL.
You as Head Coach must also control your parents; they must know their actions in the stands will have an effect on their football team. If there is any single incident involving the parents/fans of your team, The Official or Tournament Staff has the authority to stop the play of the game and your team will forfeit the game. This could cause not only the loss of a championship, but also future trips to the Boys Of Fall.
No Debate, No Refunds, No Appeals. If there any Verbal or Physical altercation law enforcement will be called.
You as Head Coach must also conduct yourself on and off the field. If you have a problem with a game official, conduct yourself properly; you wouldn't want your team to finish the tournament without you.
